- Ice Shot is our main source of damage, we use it to freeze and destroy packs of monsters and bosses. When facing Big Bosses, replace Ambush and Ricochet II with Deliberation and Rapid Attacks II.
- Freezing Salvo not only deals a lot of Single Target Damage but also has a huge amount of extra Freeze Buildup to help us to get Frozen Bosses. Use after hitting the Boss 4 times with Ice Shot empowered by Ice-Tipped Arrows.
- Snipe deals a lot of Damage. Use it on Bosses, but only when they are frozen for the Huge Boost of Cold Damage.
Tip: This is a Hold and Release Skill. You need to release it when you character flashes for the Extra Damage.
[If you get a Rakiata’s Flow, use it instead of Elemental Armament 2. If you do this, you need to make a few changes in your setup:
- Elemental Weakness – Don’t use it anymore.
- Ice Shot – When Facing Bosses, replace Rapid Attacks 2 with Cold Penetration.
- Ice-Tipped Arrows – Replace Cold Exposure with Freeze]
- Herald of Ice is really important for this build, it causes frozen enemies to explode.
- Wind Dancer grants more Evasion.
- Ghost Dance restores your Energy Shield when you are hit, great for Evasion Builds that use Energy Shield.
- Elemental Weakness causes bosses to take a lot more Elemental Damage, always curse bosses before dealing your damage skills.
- Barrage Empowers you next skill causing it to be repeated 2 times. Always use it on bosses before Snipe.
- Ice-Tipped Arrows Empowers your next 4 attacks, causing them to creat Ice Fragments on hit. Use it and hit the Boss 4 Times with Ice Shot. This will create many Ice Fragments. Now immediately use Freezing Salvo to get a lot more projectiles and damage.
