Ice Strike - This is the skill we use for single target damage and when we need to recharge our power charges to start flickering again.
Flicker Strike - This is our main source of clear speed, use it when you have at least 5 power charges and 10 rage.

Charged Staff - This is an amazing damage amplifier, keep it active all the time. It will also grant Innervate and Lightning Exposure.
Tempest Bell - This is a nuke for bosses, you just need to leave this bell near bosses and destroy them with massive damage. It'll also grant Ice Bite and Cold Exposure.

Charge Infusion - This buff will consume a Power Charge every 5 seconds and give you a massive Critical Chance boost. It's also good because it keeps the Passive Tree buffs for consuming Power Charges up all the time.
Wind Dancer - Grants a lot of evasion.

Combat Frenzy - This is our main Power Charges generator, but don't forget to pick "Resonance" on your Passive Tree.
Herald of Thunder - Extra damage and utility.
