The new Path of Exile expansion, Mirage, brings a series of improvements focused on quality of life. According to Mark Roberts, the Game Director, recent patches have already been moving in this direction, and Mirage continues along the same path.
Path of Exile Mirage - Currency Exchange Improvements
Since the addition of the Currency Exchange, the team has been monitoring community feedback and looking for improvements to the system. In Mirage, it is now possible to favorite trades on the Currency Exchange.

This works as follows:
You select two currencies that you want to trade between.
You set this combination as a “favorite trade”.
When opening the Currency Exchange, your favorite trades appear automatically.
The system continues to automatically suggest a ratio based on recent trade data.
In addition, it is now also possible to open and interact with your stash while the Currency Exchange window is open.
More than 20 new Landmark Rooms in the campaign
Since version 3.24, the team has been working to improve the campaign experience. In 3.28, this continues.
In this update, more than 20 new landmark rooms have been added throughout the campaign, spread across all ten acts.
These new areas include:
Unexpected rooms
Side passages
Chests
New encounters
Some of these areas offer useful rewards, so it is worth exploring as you progress through Wraeclast.
Most of these additions were designed to be a surprise, but one was revealed in the video:
New central island in Karui Fortress
There is now a small central island in the Karui Fortress. All enemies in this area, when defeated, drop a basic tattoo.
Automatic turn-in of Divination Cards
When trading in a full set of Divination Cards:
The exchange now happens automatically.
If you turn in another set immediately afterward, the previous reward will be sent directly to your inventory, as long as there is enough space available.
Labyrinth Font:
choose your Transfigured Gem
Labyrinth Font crafts that previously granted a random transfigured gem now allow you to choose which transfigured gem of that type you want to receive.
Trade Sale History
The asynchronous trade item sale history can now be viewed by hovering over it, displaying the full description of the sold item.
Divine Orbs show which modifiers can be changed
When using Divine Orbs, it is now possible to see exactly which modifiers on an item can be randomized.
Ritual Improvements
Some changes have been made to the Ritual system:
The Ritual icon now glows when you have significant unspent tribute in the area.
A pop-up appears after the completion of the final ritual.
It is now possible to quickly use Vessels on completed rituals.
Shrines now have click priority
If you have ever tried to click a Divine Shrine surrounded by enemies, you know how difficult it can be.
Now, shrines have priority over monsters when there is click overlap.
Livestream on February 26To learn more about the changes coming in Mirage, it was announced that there will be a livestream on February 26. ![]() |
